Adopt a Shelter Cat Month Is Here — Join Us in the Fun!
We are now halfway through June, but there’s still plenty of time to celebrate Adopt a Shelter Cat Month with us! We are partnering with our friends at ARM & HAMMER™ Cat Litter to help us shine a light on a few adoptable cats who could use some extra attention. If you’d like to learn more about how to help this month, visit aspca.org/meow!
Here are some wonderful cat friends who are available for adoption at the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City. One of them might just be your paw-fect match! Read on to learn more about your new BFF and how to adopt them.

If you don’t live in the tri-state area, but you’d still like to celebrate Adopt a Shelter Cat Month with us, there are many more adoptable animals at your local shelter! You can also visit our friends at Animal Care Centers of NYC and the Los Angeles County’s Animal Care Centers.
If you aren’t ready for adoption, you can also make a major difference for animals in need by becoming a foster caregiver! Animals like these greatly benefit from spending time in foster homes. You can foster for the ASPCA in Columbus, Ohio, Pawling, New York, New York City, Weaverville, North Carolina and Los Angeles.
