These patient dogs know that there’s no place like home, and that’s never truer than during the holiday season. The ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City has many incredible dogs available for adoption right now, so we wanted to introduce a few of them in the hopes that we can find them homes before the New Year! If you’re interested in adopting, learn more about these classy canines below!

Mayflower

placeholder

All aboard the Mayflower! This fun girl can’t wait to set sail with you! She’s a bit shy with new people, but once she settles in and gets to know you, she’ll be the best companion you could ask for. Her adopter should have some experience with dogs who have leash reactivity so that they can help Mayflower become her best doggy self in her new home. Visit her profile to learn more!

Koda

placeholder

Koda is here to save the day and get as many treats as he can! He loves going on walks but will likely ask for some cheese along the way. Koda really loves playing with other dogs, but when he’s on walks, his adopter will need to help him remember his manners. He’s very receptive to training, so he learns fast and is eager to show you what a good boy he is! Check out his profile to learn more about him!

Sparky

This fun guy is ready to bring the party to you! Sparky is looking for an adopter with an active lifestyle to help him burn off his energy productively. He really loves to play, and he’s an eager learner, too! He has a gentle side too, especially when it’s time to cuddle. If you have another dog, Sparky would love to show them around our play area! Find out how to adopt him and learn more by visiting his profile!
