Three hundred and sixty-five days a year, for 160 years, the ASPCA works to rescue and protect animals in need across the country. We’ve already created meaningful impact in 2026, but as we reflect on our upcoming 160th birthday on April 10, and all the lives we’ve saved over the last century, it’s important that we take a step back to recognize and celebrate the extraordinary achievements and milestones from last year alone.

In 2025, with the unwavering support of our members, ASPCA teams nationwide provided expert care for hundreds of thousands of animals in need! Below are just a small portion of the successes that supporters and animal lovers like you helped make possible in 2025!

  12. We relocated nearly 29,000 animals for a better chance of adoption.
