This sweet girl came to us from a suspected neglect situation, where she likely lived outside full-time. Now, Francesca is taking her very first steps toward understanding the comforts and joys of being a cherished house dog. She is learning the ropes and discovering all the perks of indoor life. She loves getting attention, and her ultimate joy is a good back scratch! Francesca is a natural investigator, and true to her breed, she loves to sniff and explore — every walk is an exciting opportunity for her nose.

Francesca is ready to continue her journey with an adopter who appreciates how far she has come and how far she can go. She thrives with patient guidance and consistency. She’s already shown that, with proper slow introductions, she can coexist comfortably with other dogs — even joining in gentle play once she feels secure.
